Rev. Pinckney, pastor, shot dead at age 41.
Cynthia Hurd, public librarían, shot dead at age 54.
Sharonda Singleton, speech therapist, shot dead at age 45.
Myra Thompson, bible study teacher, shot dead at age 59.
Tywanza Sanders, student, shot dead at age 26.
Susie Jackson, grandmother, and aunt of Tywanza, shot dead at age 87.
Rev. DePayne, school admissions coordinator, shot dead at age 49.
Ethel Lance, retired backstage manager, shot dead at age 70.
Rev. Simmons, retired pastor, shot dead at age 74.

May these blameless victims rest in peace. As usual in such cases, these snuffed out lives have been reduced to a statistic by the same media that has turned their killer into a celebrity.
