I fell over in the liquification on the day of the earthquake and stuffed it that way. I've tried ibuprofen, anti-flam cream, a massage and a hot water bottle.

I would recommend Aleve, or if you can get a prescription NAPROXEN 500MG tabs. Naproxen is the only thing thats ever worked for me with back pain. The only other option i've found to work was being shot up with Demerol. works well but most doctors won't go to that extreme as they like to see patients suffer i've found.
