Eh, I like her. She's socially awkward and clearly high all the time. I think its adorable.
She says stuff that's really weird. Not stereotypically ditzy things, just things that don't make sense at all. Makes fart jokes and stuff. Is it weird that I find that endearing?

I like it too. Her personality is completely different from what you're used to seeing or would expect from a hot young actress.

I remember Will.I.Am's manager punching Perez Hilton in the face or something once. That man has lived out one of my dreams and I am jealous.

It wasn't his manager. It was Will.I.Am directly I believe. The manager got into an argument with him and Will was the one that smacked him down.
