I just don't feel like Hendrix was THAT instrumental to rock and roll.

A person that doesn't get enough credit is Little Richard to be honest.

He had a performance that was so spectacular that Chuck Berry was supposed to come on stage after him and he wouldn't go on stage after him because he basically lit his piano on fire and went out with a bang. It was just pure awesomeness. Chuck didn't want to go out on stage after that.
Dj that was Jerry Lee Lewis man...and neither Chuck nor Lil Richard could hold Jimmy's jock strap. If he was to ever wear one anyway, and yes the most influence anyone ever had on rock was Jimi. How can you say he didnt?

are you sure it was Jerry Lee Lewis?

Ehh its cool man...doesnt really matter..Jerry had a hankering for 13 year old cousins of his that he married. Guess what...nobody liked his music anymore and he faded just as fast as stardom hit him. I like his music I dont give a **** about his his moral. Has nothing to do with his music.

Kind of like Micheal Jackson...personally I dont like Micheal Jackson but it has nothing to do with his...private affairs..or so called anyway. But if I did like his music it wouldnt be deterred by anything in his personal life.

Just for the record what were speaking of disgusts me as a father and in no way what so ever do I condone or accept that type of behavior. Im stating an opinion like everything else..just like sports..a players off the field antics have nothing to do with what they do on the field.
