You know, that part of Pulp Fiction is true.
We do eat our fries with mayonaise. I don't really see why this should be gross, but our mayonaise probably tastes very different from yours

my stomach feels quisy reading that. I couldn't do it.
Mayo isn't that great by itself so using it as a dip for fries is just blah....I guess it would depend on the type of Mayo because some are extremely oily and bleh...I'm getting grossed out just typing this....nevermind.

I think almost all mayonaise it too oily.
I usually have this mayonaise with yoghurt in it. It's less oily and tastes a bit fresh

You can actually buy what they call 'yogonaise'. It still tastes like mayonaise, only less oily/greasy.

Well if you take away all the vegetables and taste you will have a 'base' that's probably quite the same

Mayo on fries sounds like all kinds of awful, although when I was in Quebec a couple months ago I had a Nacho Grande Poutine and it was pretty damn good so who knows. Beef chili, salsa, guac, sour cream, jalapeno peppers, cheese curds, gravy and fries.
