When I was serving my time in military I went like 4 days without pooping since it was so cold to be outside in the woods in the middle of winter. Try to go poop outside when it's -30C (-22F) degrees and snowing sideways. It's no fun I can tell you that. I held it in me until I was forced to poop. This was basic stuff trough all my military time. It was hard since we had combat training all the time and we spent most of our time outside sleeping in small tents. God damn I hated army.
