Yeah, there are really that many drunks and not to mention craploads of bottles every night on the streets.

I see. We get that once a year around here, it's called the South Side Irish Parade. It was banned at one point, although more for the fighting in the streets rather than the bottles and butts.

My great great Grandfather started the Sweater/Jogging Pants look back in the 1800's. One that will stand the test of time.
