I disagree with this, themes don't have to confine you, in fact they can often prompt you to be more creative.

They don't prompt me to be more creative but I understand people need a general direction to go in and maybe it prompts you to be more creative but not me so much.

Fair enough :) But if you had a topic in mind you could probably remotely relate it to any kind of theme somehow! I always used to use that trick in university ;)

Ok friends, the deadline is extended to SUNDAY, AUGUST 4.
If anyone is interested in submitting more than one piece I think that would be great. :)

I will post the poll complete with stories and contributors on Monday morning.

I think that if anybody powers through my submission, it will be a long time before they want to read another, so I'll just leave it at the one whopper. :laughing:
