I work in an old folks home and we counted down to 2011 at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, so technically, I'm in the future.. holla.

Having a night in for this New Year's in the company of my iTunes and a bottle of Bushmills. Not that I'm complaining or anything - it actually makes for quite a nice change.

Yeah it gets pretty depressing, and the fact that after 7 PM hardly any of the residents are willing to participate in anything at all.
