I don't know much about suits, actually, but surely there are differences between meh-expensive suits and expensive-expensive suits.

I'm mostly just concerned with the fit. I hate parachute pants (baggy pants), so I want my first pair of suit pants to be rather slim. That involves tailoring, which I'm sure = $$$
