They do. I'm forever hearing people refer to some lass nearby as dumb. They don't know her, she isn't doing anything, she isn't even talking to them or maybe even talking at all but when people do this, she's always blonde.

A dumb redhead, dumb brunette etc stereotype doesn't exist like a dumb blonde one does as far as I'm aware, and I definitely see and hear people say in situations where it's completely unjustified and unfair to do so.
