I was flirting with a girl via FB chat the other day. I hadn't met her before cause she goes to a different high school, but we have mutual friends and she seemed pretty cool. I saw that she was "in a relationship" according to Facebook but I didn't really care that much. Everything was going quite smoothly, then about 10 minutes into the conversation she decides to INVITE ME TO HER WEDDING. I was a bit stunned to say the least :P

I was telling Fleur about a guy who was really authoritarian to me today.
And I sent that text message to that guy, instead of Fleur. Turned my phone off really quickly and restarted it in offline mode, editing the recipient before I sent it. But I wonder if probably half the message has come trough. I don't really mind. But it's still awkward.

That's awful! I did something similar to that, but it was on AIM a few years ago. I was drunk, sleepy, and talking to three or four people and sent a message about one person (not really mean, just that I was worried about him) to that person. Really awkward. I tried to play it off like I was talking about him in third person to be goofy, but I don't think he bought it. I discovered that when passing another driver on the road, if both of you look over and make direct eye contact, it's incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. That happened to me yesterday. It doesn't sound like it would be that bad, but it's really resulted in one of the most awkward sensations I've had in a little while.

sk's story reminds me of senior week back in high school. Me and 4 buddies shared a hotel room and boozed the entire week. We met this group of girls and had them back to our place the one night, and after they left my buddy tried to text a friend of mine who couldn't make the trip and texted him "dude, we met some hott girls up here, the same ones we saw last year at the beach." But he texted it to his girlfriend by accident lol.
