What things make you actually physically sick when you think about it/see it?

For me it's guys with long fingernails, pus covered scabs and my own blood. Images of people decapitated and tortured is up there too.

Mass quantities of earwax?

That scene in Gummo where the little kid takes a bath/eats spaghetti always makes me sick.

Eww yeah I could agree with that!

Being unfortunate enough to see someone puking :/
