I love St Hubert. Too bad I've only seen 2 of them in the whole Toronto area and none in Hamilton...

Scores is a good alternative to Swiss Chalet too, if they have them where you are. They started in Quebec and now they're out here. I like that they have a salad and soup buffet in addition to the regular menu.

interesting. seems St. Hubert (also from Quebec) spread east but i've never heard of Score before now. a salad buffet is nice but i quite like being able to ask for a massive bowl of coleslaw for the table instead and not having to get up every few minutes for a refill.
