I can understand at the end of the night, but I doubt that ice lasts in the trough all through the night, through the next day, and to the end of the upcoming end-of-night.

If so, that's some hard core ice.

Not sure how a urinal is more convenient than a sink either.

Although it seems weird.. for one, I didn't know ice got old. And two... I see it in there at all times. How fast is this ice spoiling?
I don't think it's that the ice spoils or something (though ice does bond into big chunks and get shitttier the longer it's around). I think they need to clean out the ice chests on a regular basis and they need to empty them out to clean them.
