Check it out when he's not looking; you'll see what I mean.
You're right of course, and I fully intend to give him what he needs. I do tell him that I love him and that he makes me happy, I just don't do it enough. He gushes - poems, grandiose exclamations that I'm beautiful and perfect to him. I just don't operate that way, you know? Still, I know I need to work a little harder, it breaks my heart to know I hurt him.
