Dude, I think you just overanalyse the hell out of everything.
Not that i'm saying that everything you analyse or worry about or stress about etc is irrelevant or anything, just that no matter how bad you think something is, it is probably AT LEAST not quite as bad as that. |

I'm in the navy and supposedly I adopt their opinion and all that stuff. But I don't, I think we kill innocent people everyday and it's actually ****ed up. I'll do my time and all that but I hate that I'm a part of an organization where we drop a bomb where we think there might be terrorists and then pretty much cover up that we accidentally hit a family's house. It makes me feel guilty to be a part of it and not be able to do anything.

^ This is refreshing to hear, music phantom. I wish more people in the military would acknowledge they kill innocent people. I hate how the military rationalizes away such atrocities as somehow acceptable.
My tiny confession: in real life I call people idiots fairly frequently when I'm incensed by some idiotic thing I feel they do. For example, when I see people going by at 75 mph on motorcycles and instead of helmets they are simply wearing bandanas on their heads, I might say, "Oh, look...they have on bandanas to try to catch their brains when they splatter all over the pavement after an accident! (Pause) Are these people IDIOTS?!?" Then, if my child is listening, I say, "I'm sorry. I shouldn't call them idiots. No one is a complete idiot. It is just that this particular behavior they are doing is stupid." But I really think they *are* idiots, and the malicious side of me half hopes their brains DO splatter on the ground.
