James, don't worry so much about it. A lot of people do lose their virginity at or around the age you are now, but there are a lot of people like you who have never even kissed at your age.
There's nothing wrong with that - one of the nicest girls in my graduating class graduated without having ever being kissed, and she's now happily married - and there are others who I graduated with who lost their virginity at a young age, and are still very single and confused about relationships - as well as a whole lot of in between. The point is, it doesn't matter so much when it happens. At this point, you can definitely just consider it a blessing and legitimately wait until it feels right. And in later life, you can feel great about the fact that you didn't rush it, and when it happens, be it the first kiss or the first time having sex, you'll know that it meant something. |
