Why would I be mad when I'm doing my hobby?

Coffee for sure, can't live without it :)

Tea -- Iced tea :)

Right now, I'm in the middle of savoring a delightful cup of coffee courtesy of my trusty coffee machine from https://connectvending.co.uk/. There's just something so comforting about that familiar aroma and the rich, robust flavor. But I'm also a fan of tea, particularly in the evenings when I'm winding down. It's the little rituals around these hot beverages that make each sip special.

i cant survive without my morning and lunch time coffee. That caffeine fix is truly needed at those particular points in my day. But then as the afternoon and evening progress I have to admit I am a big fan of infusion teas also, so its difficult to pick a favourite! Im 50/50

coffee vs tea

For myself, a coffee is a treat, a luxury that i cant always have. One in which i now need to make sure i am well fed, its the afternoon and i have had enough water in my system before even thinking about that first sip. Tea i can have everyday. Some teas for digestion, some for fat burning, some to promote health and your every day tea, the list goes on. Tea whilst definitely the more healthier option, I will always choose the luxury of that one off coffee.
The smell, the aromas, the art of it all. There really is no contest!

Infusions

It has to be infusion tea for me. Mugworts, Chamomile, Dandilion, Burdock. My list could go on and on and on. What I try and buy is the herbs of each of the above and infuse in my cup.

Coffee. It’s not a treat for me. It’s a necessity.

Guess that I am more tea lover. It's not only soothing but also great for my routine. If you're into workouts, check out how long a calisthenics workout should be for optimal results https://betterme.world/articles/how-...s-workout-be/: How long should a calisthenics workout be?. It's perfect post-tea!

Don't hate me, but I'm a foofy coffee drinker. The less it tastes like coffee, the happier I am. Lots of flavors, cream & sugar, foam... all the bells & whistles. To quote Nick Cave, "I wanna Rinky Dink Special & a little umbrella, too." That's how I like my coffee.

Tea is for when I'm sick, to help settle my stomach, when I have a cold... that kind of thing. I drink black tea on occasion with lots of cream & sugar when I'm trying to cut down on the caffeine. But I generally stick to my souped up coffee on my way out the door on my way to work just to keep me going.
