Hmm... That's strange. They sleep like that a lot. I never see any heavy machinery or UFO's picking them back up in the morning either...

(I live across from a cow field)

Oh, and they don't sleep standing up either.
So the whole tipping thing... good luck. Hope you can push down 2,000+ lbs of weight on 4 legs that knows how to balance and shift its weight...
