Default Listening to lyrics

I'm wondering if I'm the only one that has a problem listening to the lyrics of music. I like to listen to music while doing something else (like browsing MB), and if I'm concentrating on something else I usually miss the lyrics.

Do you:

a) Listen to the album with undivided attention and no distractions (at least on first listen)?

b) Somehow manage to do other things while listening to the music and following the lyrics?

or c) Listen to the music and then look up the lyrics online at some other point in time?

Have at it.

Usually C. But for the most part I don't even care about the lyrics since a lot of my music is instrumental

A and C, I like to know what the songs are about.

songmeanings.net is great, you can read the lyrics, decide what you think it's about and then see what others think it's about

Mostly C. I have trouble deciphering lyrics on my own most of the time unless it's a slower song... songmeanings.net is my best friend.

Once I've got the lyrics down, though, it's really easy for me to listen to them and do something like type at the same time with no difficulty.

I try to do A, but there's always distractions and I usually have to listen to the album a few times before I get it.

Always C. For me, if the song isn't musically outstanding and doesn't have an amazing melody it's uninteresting to me.

Mostly it'll be option C. Whenever I maybe hear a part of the song I'm listening to and I really like it, I tend to research more on it.

I use sing365 and songmeanings

I try to do A, but usually end up doing C because I'm shite at multitasking (and somewhat busy I guess). It's basically the reason I don't listen to much rap/hip-hop.

And Songmeanings is tops! But I think it should allow users to vote for corrections to lyrics.

Mostly C in my case. Although, there are some songs with brilliant lyrics and I've read them 666 times and I still don't know them by heart. But the good thing about having a bad memory is that I can always discover my favorite songs again and again (((((=
