Never did anyone hook me up.
If they did, I'd wish it would be because of some common taste in music (or at least curiosity about music), films and books ...and not because we're both short and wear glasses.

Really? Movies tend to follow the "opposites attract" formula. Well not physically it's almost always hot guy meets hot girl but I mean in terms of personality.
I don't think a relationship could work if it was someone who was completely different from me but I wouldn't want a girl who was simply me with a vagina either.

Dude every goddamn movie ever treats overweight like a personality.
And yeah that's offensive to suggest that fat people belong to each other and it can't work the other way. Thank god for all those sitcoms that follow the "ugly guy/hot wife" formula.
