for ****'s sake. whether or not you see it, there are societal positions/influences created for males/females. You can pretend there isn't all you'd like but it still does not stop it from being true.

Somebody needs to learn how to read. I already stated that indeed some traits associated with certain gender roles are based on cultural idealism and not on biology.

But to think men and women have no actual biological distinctions and that it's all cultural is like a new level of absurdly retarded. Why do I have a penis? Because my mom and dad wanted me to have one?

Err, no one said they had no biological distinction.

There are obvious societal expectations is all I said. Relax, mate and stop trying to be argumentative of everything. in fact , if anything, I was only answering your question. Sorry if the answer wasn't what you were looking for.

Do you have the memory of a goldfish or did you not read your own post? Because your post does not come across as particularly relaxed. It seems argumentative and suggests that you are right no matter what people think.

Although I'm pointing out the obvious here, it makes your latest reply to Boo seem more than a bit ironic.

How about stop trying to guess the 'tone' of my posts, and actually take a deep breath, and understand them.

Because as your latest posts in this forum have shown, you are obviously Captain Understanding. How about you try and formulate your arguments into something more than single line posts like this?

If there's something more than a cheap stab in there, something like a worthy contribution to the discussion, then I don't see it.

edit :

I know one girl who has more testosterone than average. It does indeed cause her to have some body hair, like more hair than usual on her arms, but she's also one of the cutest and most charming people I've ever met. Definetly high-quality girlfriend material.

Boo the irony in your next post is astounding considering you just tried to tell me that my point about expected gender roles in society was bunk, then bring up expected gender roles in society and how they bother you.

Tore, both of those were responces to your posts, not to the thread. It doesn't take sherlock holmes to figure that one out.
