Maybe it's late to ask:

So is the thread about us, if we like what kind of body we got?
or is it about if we're satisfied with the whole "gender", as in the group of people we somehow belong to?

Well.... I pretty much like being a guy. I'm pretty sure I'd give that same answer if I were a girl, but I like the way I've adapted to being a guy and the perspective I've gotten as a male. I don't know if growing up as a girl would have made a difference, but it seems like there are some things that guys and girls are kind of inherently inclined to view differently (although this obviously isn't always the case). Also, women are so much more beautiful than guys and I don't think I'd be a very good lesbian.

Oh and I don't have to push a baby out of me. but as far as things go, that doesn't really matter that much.

In a nutshell...

Question one - Yes. I think that generally women are more attractive than men. Take clothes away and with a woman you have curves, everything is neat and tidy and tucked away... I just find that the female form is more aesthetically pleasing.

Question two - I'm pleased (as I've said in earlier posts) about belonging to the gender that gets to physically bring a child into the world - for me that's an important part of my life (well, one day, hopefully). The female gender as a maternal group is something I'm more than happy (lucky, even) to be part of. Though, when the female gender is defined by the stereotype of bitchiness and the crude wolf whistles, that we're bad at sports and DIY etc, then that's a different matter. I find it a shame that, as a woman, I'm obviously going to be bitchy and back biting. And it's a shame that if I wolf whistled and shouted lewd comments at a hot guy I'd just be seen as a common slut (not that I'd want to, but the point is there).

As a whole though, yeah, I'm ok about belonging to the female gender

In general i wouldnt have thought that women would take this as a compliment. Of course there has to be exceptions, im sure SOME women would take it as a compliment but in most cases I wouldnt have thought so. When you think about it, whistling or shouting something out at a passing woman is probably the dumbest thing a man can do to express attraction to the opposite sex.

If you are talking to a woman, you can compliment her in some way. If you are interacting with her in any way then im sure most of the time a compliment would be well recieved but surely its because the interest you are showing her is being returned? You are interacting with one another.

Some women act and dress for these ridiculous comments from men and they enjoy it. They want to go out for the night and be able to simply walk down the street and have some genius shout something vulgar at them. I dont really understand it myself but each to their own. But in general i would say most women dont want this and it has nothing to do with whether it could be seen as a compliment on any level, its the fact that its unwanted, unwelcome attention from a total stranger. If you cant even walk past someone you have never met before on the street without getting whistled or screamed at then how is that anything other than annoying or intimidating, let alone complimentary?

But then again im of the same sex as the aforementioned genius' so what do i know?

Question one. Well I find women's body's more aesthetically pleasing so it would be nice to have one to call my own. But on the flipside being able to do, you know, man stuff to chicks is a great benefit. But it's not like I ever get to do that.

Question two. Honestly I think that if I was a chick my life probably wouldn't be any different, except I'd probably be able to get laid easier.
