I love Terminator, but Lost is just awful.

I think that my onpopular music opinion pertains to how much of a purist I am about music. I don't really care about lyrics or image or what a band is "about". I care mostly about the aesthetic quality of the music, the harmonic, rhythmic, and melodic functions, and especially timbres and emphasis. A G on a violin carries a much different feeling than a G on the piano.

Also I feel like you could have just said that you care more about the technicality/breakdown of the music but it's good that you went into describing each part that you are concerned about.

Whoops!
It's not just the technical aspects. The "soul" or "passion" or whatever is in the timbre and the emphasis and there's really no theory developed for it.

Brussels sprouts are ****ing delicious, but they can be awful if they're cooked badly. I like them sauteed or in salads mainly.

I usually do it with onions and garlic (when I have fresh garlic) and have it as a side to the meat product, usually a grilled steak or chicken breast. Tasty as all hell.

Nah.
This chick I was talking to raved about sauteeing them with bacon wrapped around them. I tried it and bacon couldn't save how nasty brussell sprouts taste.
