This one. The only reason I joined was to have something to do while in my classes.
I used a Game Modding website called Se7enSins for a while, but that's about it.

I mostly post on MB nowdays. But i've been posting on the music section on Boards.ie with a few different accounts for the past 5 years, not so much anymore though.

Well I got around 5,000 posts on the Runescape forums back in the day (the shame) but this and the Rock Band forums are the only ones I regular, apart from occasionally lurking some others.

But yeah, I remember joining that forum and being welcomed with, let's just say, less than open arms. :D

What's your username there?

sorry about that, my current user name is my sig on the other site.

curious though, how did you introduce yourself in a way that got us to kick you back? that normally only happened to people who refused to acknowledge they were either spammers, trolls, or people who never actually looked at anything on the site before trying to discuss connect the dot pop trash. the site was called Radiomute for a reason after all.

I don't think it was one specific event, people there were just really cliquey, as all the members had joined in like 2002/2003 and knew each other really well. Maybe I'll try the site again sometime, though I don't even remember the user name I used so I'd probably have to start over again.

don't bother haha it's even deader now. there are really only about 6 of us who still post, the most 'recent' member who still posts on occasion is from like early 2007.

i honestly think the reason i was made admin (never asked) was because i never deleted my bookmark for the site and still load it up by reflex everyday.

it's fine if you just want to read through archival information but actual discussions don't really happen anymore. we'd need some sort of forum exodus / takeover for any sort of worthwhile change to happen.

2 very regularly (including this one) and 2 others on occasion. That's as much as I can handle at one time, seeing how active I am on each, without completely blowing my life away. It's hard enough concentrating on 2.

Before I started being active here, I was very very active on another two (recently got back on one of them, I have 15k+ posts from like 3 years). Basically when I came here I abandoned the other two and replaced it with two new ones. Just got sick of the same old people, same old type of discussions, etc. and of course sick of wasting so much time at work and even in my free time.

I'm active on several forums, but I probably spend 99% of my time here. Forums have been an addiction since about 2002 or so I guess. Musicbanter and the Anarchy Online forums are the nicest I've spent time with so far. ;)

How are you guys finding the interface at these other forums. My old political forum fell through and we all moved on to this fairly dense, well constructed political forum with a really advanced way of getting PM's, reply to topics, and with an amazing overall layout.

Whats the nicest forum ya post n ("hardware" wise, not poster-wise)
