If he was an existing member I could kind of see a logic in asking the forum.

But joining a forum JUST to ask that?

I joined here because it is an active music forum. Im not asking what to get on my body, im asking what inspires you or tells you a good story.

Maybe that will open up new doors for me, maybe it wont.

^ It usually just ends up in heartbreak and suicidal behaviors.
Which may or may not be a good thing in your situation, depending on whether you get a tattoo idea or not.

how 'bout your favorite band on your lip

or your favorite song on your shoulder

or maybe your favorite chord on your neck

or just go wild and fill your back with sweet, sweet music!

Oh, I once helped design a tattoo that was a guitar shape filled with the names of a girl's favorite bands. That was pretty awesome actually but she got it on her side right on her rib cage. Ouch.
