My personal favorite insults are Douchebag, Dumbass, Assh*le, D*ckhole, C*nt, C*ntbag, Dipsh*t, F*ckwad, F*cktard, Dumbf*ck, Cumbucket, Ballsack (sweaty is often used as an adjective), Douchef*ck, Chode, Cumstain, Sh*tstain and steaming pile of vaginal discharge.

Using "f*cking" as an adjective for all of these is common.

and of course, the all time classic:
