You've got a speedball - the redbull and the rum counteract each other and it's a pretty sweet pseudo-high. It tastes good, there is the slight after taste of Flintstones tablets (like when you drink redbull) but beyond that it's a perfectly enjoyable drink.

ocktails, I'm more a fan of this one;
blended malt whiskey (2 shots) + sweet vermouth (1 shot) + dry vermouth (1 shot)
Stick a slice of lemon in it and you've got the cheap equivalent of a perfect Manhattan. I usually start feeling it after two or three, so it's pretty stuff.
Oh, and anyone under the legal drinking age, don't try this at home
