Yeah... I guess we haven't had that here cause Ireland's never had any real industry of note :P I lived in the town with the highest stab rate in Ireland (or at least, it was one year) up until recently (It used to be Limerick, but then they moved onto guns), and neither there, nor even in the msot rundown areas of Dublin were there abandoned houses. People never realy had a reason to up and leave en masse.
