Yeah, I think too much when I eat, so it's not really discipline.
Today I got sad eating strawberries.
Full permission to judge me.

I have damaged taste buds due to eating too many jaw breakers and subway sandwiches so I cant taste anything anymore. =/

You felt guilt for the massacre of strawberries?

I just felt bad for the strawberry.
And started wondering if strawberries had feelings.
I haven't been sleeping much.

Meat is delicious, not homicide.
Otherwise all sorts of animals would be incarcerated.

I had a relapse, but for the record my mom was an enabler. We shared a pizza, and she ordered chicken topping... Nice going. Then I've been on a full-blown binge recently- the pizza, bacon, and a burger. Intervention time.

Death shows up... anddd blah, blah, blah.

I think when you are more removed from the outcomes of your choices, kayleigh, it is easy not to feel emotionally affected. If you could see the full impact your choices have on individual animals, it might be harder to ignore.

For example, many people might not want to buy wool if they knew that the sheep from whom the wool came was going to be sent to some Middle Eastern country where people would slit her throat and cut off her legs while she is fully conscious, as is shown in the video about Australian sheep farming: Wool: Australia's Secret Shame

I actually don't feel physically sick watching the video, but it makes me feel emotionally sick, so I would never buy wool since this pays people to raise sheep and let them be treated this way.
