most over rated funny guy ever - tracy morgan (not funyn at all)

most under rated - leslie nielson, kevin nealon, phil hartman


also a bit over rated - louis ck

Louis C.K. is indeed overrated. But Chris Rock is THE most overrated for sure.

Yeah I don't know how anyone who has seen Louie can honestly say that Louis C.K. is overrated. He's easily top 3 among active comedians in showbiz IMO
