No point in crying over spilt milk. What's done is done. There is always room for second chances. They don't come without a lot of effort and commitment, and to be honest, I've been through something similar. I constantly was trying to meet the expectations of my boyfriend who wanted me to tell him what I was doing all the time, get his permission to be around guys, to text back straight away etc. I found it too hard because that's not me. I am too independent. So after many a fight, we've just broken up for good.
My advice to you is just apologise and be honest to those you've hurt, tell them how it's made you feel and leave it there. All you can do now is move on and not repeat the same mistakes. Also a little kiss-ass never goes a stray.
