But then no one would know that they reached a thousand posts. To many posters the thousand post is an important milestone (~1.609 km-stone) they wish to surpass some day, there is a certain prestige to it, a bragging right for dedication. What an exhilarating feeling to surpass the 1.000 post milestone (~1.609 km-stone), what an accomplishment indeed. I've just passed the 4 furlong marker the other day and wow what a feeling.
