I have two patterns. When I was working I was going to bed anytime between 12 and 3 am and then getting up at 7:30 am, with a lie in on Sunday until about ten am. No napping during the day and maybe an 'early' night once a week which would be 11-12 am.

Since not working I usually go to bed around 2-3 am but still get up at 7:30 am but if I get alone time in the mornings I will grab an hour on the sofa. Weekends I get up around 10:30 am. I generally sleep quite well unless I haven't had a drink hehe, yes I do use it to help me sleep but I know a few people who are the same.

I have never fallen asleep on public transport or on a night's out drinking, in fact I would be embarrassed if that happened. If you are doing this or needing like 10 hours+ sleep all the time then you A) Need to get a good diet and take a walk or B) have no damn stamina

I go to sleep at like roughly 3am, and have been waking up naturally at 1pm. This morning my brother woke me up at 11am, I thought I was going to die.

The other night I fell asleep at 7pm from a previous night of binge'n I woke up at 9am the next morning.

OH man, I can sleep anytime, anywhere. I let myself relax for 5 minutes and I'll be out. I don't always feel tired cuz im distracted and busy but like now for instance, im having trouble keeping my eyes open and i still have Worship team practice and Dance practice and wont be home till around 9:30 and then still have to do my homework. I should be doing it now but meh.
Usually go to bed between 11 and midnight, wake up at 6ish on weekdays and whenever i have to be somewhere on weekends (andwhere from 7am to 2pm)
I basically got no sleep this week, stayed up for around 37 cuz i just had to finish my work and go to all my activities...and then one night i just stayed up til around 4 cuz i didn't feel like going to bed even though i was tired. Idk, f-ed up.

I need lots of sleep and im just not getting it. I usually do best with around 9.5 hours a night.

The longest I've been up is probably 21hrs, I've never stayed up for more than that cos it would **** my sleeping pattern up even more. I probably am at my best with 9/10 hrs sleep. But I can survive on as little as 5hrs and still be alright, just knackered and zombie like.

I'm usually in bed around 1 on the weekdays, and almost always wake up, fully alert around 5:30 - 6, tell myself it's too early, and then fall back asleep for a few more hours and wake up more exhausted than before. I blame my warm, snuggly, comfortable bed.

My bed isnt even snug, i sleep in a caravan (not through choice or poverty) and it can be so horrendously uncomfortable. I think duvet + pillow = win in any setting, apart from settings where it wouldnt equal win, such as the bedroom of Moira Hindley.

I stayed up till 6am back-to-back nights finishing homework. My normal sleep time is around 3-4am. My future career needs to revolve around that kind of schedule: nighttime covert ops, club owner, prostitute. I'd be a bouncer but I don't satisfy the prerequisite--being a total douche. I'm just partially douchey.
