I agree with Trollheart's post, not sure on making toast in the microwave though, that's not toast mate that's hot, floppy bread. But strong cheddar on toast with this sauce is a match made in heaven:
Yeah, I don't microwave it either. For me, I just put bread in the toaster, and then put cheese on it right after it pops out. That usually melts it pretty good.
No, no, you make the toast first in the toaster, then put the cheese on, melt it in the micro for fifty seconds et voila!
