Cincinnati chili wouldn't be the same without a mountain of finely shredded mild cheddar on top of it:
Yum!

Haloumi and pumpkin sliced, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with chilli flakes, roast that in the oven. Now your in flavour town.
Alternatively fry slices of haloumi in the pan then serve with slice of tomato and bit of basil on top. Wash both recipes down with a Dutch or German brew of your choice . Bon appetit

I love gruyere, and swiss cheese. I think one day I might just marry a big wheel of swiss cheese (possibly with googly eyes glued to it).

It's my day off from work, and I'm bored.
Btw, do you like cheese?

Cheese and crackers is a glorious late evening snack. I often like to have a plate of this in the evening, with some green tea and lemon.
I agree with Trollheart's post, not sure on making toast in the microwave though, that's not toast mate that's hot, floppy bread. But strong cheddar on toast with this sauce is a match made in heaven: |

Yeah, I don't microwave it either. For me, I just put bread in the toaster, and then put cheese on it right after it pops out. That usually melts it pretty good.
