Default Funny/Embarassing E-mails

Ok, this may be a terrible thread idea, but someone at my company just sent out a rather embarassing e-mail that's funny for the rest of us. I was wondering, have any of you that use e-mail at work or school ever seen someone respond to something accidentally? Here's mine:

Wow. Sorry. My mistake. I am at the GYN looking at my baby in my wife's belly. There's a laugh for the day.

I am knee deep in a vagina probe. I'll call you as soon as I leave here.

All TNS Employees,

TNS executives will conduct an internal “all hands” call on Monday, November 9th at 11:00 a.m. EST. The call will take place in the Presentation Room in the Reston Pond Building.
So... yeah, I changed e-mail addresses and names and took out part of the original e-mail, but I thought that was ****ing hilarious. Somebody's about to get fired!
