i wanted to find a music forum mainly focused around musicians showcasing their work and helping out each other with critique etc... this isn't that forum, but it's good for everything else musically related so i joined up.

I found MusicBanter on a dial up connection so it took me the best part of an hour but I think I must have googled music forum and browsed basically.

An intern at the place I worked at before I graduated suggested I check out Music Banter. I'm new to music communities in general just because when I was working on my BA I rarely had time for anythign else. Between that and my full-time job, I didn't have much time to contribute or discuss anything online. So here I am, bored at work, and for some reason Music Banter came into my head. I had to do a little Googling to remember the name, but I'm stoked I'm here now.
