My aunt and uncle used to vacation there. A friend just came back from there.

Regarding sleeping bags, I bought a double sized bag. It's very roomy.

They used to vacation in Virginia Beach. I don't know the area. I can't say if it was Shenandoah or not.

Virginia Beach is the eastern coast of VA around where I live. Shenandoah is in the west in the mountains near West Virginia.

Gotcha.

Well, whenever the passport office decides my kids will be worthy enough for renewed passports, we'll have two US destinations to visit.

I sure hope everyone else doesn't have to wait as long for such things. I filed renewal forms in May.

I now have a sleeping pad, so, already having a sleeping bag and a tent I shall wait till my next day off and set it all up in the backyard and see how it does. Kinda stoked for Saturday night.
