That plate looks bland and fatty to me. I mean, there's so much awesomeness that can be done to scampi other than batter and deep fry with chips and beans. :/

Last bought: A vintage (1910 -1920) J&W Ragg (Sheffield carbon steel) straight razor to add to the collection, along with a half dozen rare soul vinyls.

The wife isn't happy.

I had a very healthy Scampi that day actually, I couldn't find a picture to justify it.
I had my scampi battered and over cooked, with some home made chippys, and a little salad on the side. It was amazing.

Ran out of space on the HD so I made a small investment:

Pictured is the 500 GB version, I swung for the 1 TB. Should keep my collection tidy for a while, all 350 GB of it.

Good call, that's the same external hard drive I use and so far it's been nothing but faithful to me.

Are you guys using it to run your primary digital libraries, or just backup? I ask because ever since I got a 1TB drive for my primary library, I experience a slight lag between songs on occasion (especially when shuffling). I can hear the disc spin to find the next song, and it's pretty annoying. I'm sure it has to do with the not-so-fast USB connection and the large drive size. But it sucks.

Oh and I bought these items:

I can't eat it all, why did I get so much food?

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

As long as the disc is already spinning you shouldn't have any difficulties accessing files, however it does stop spinning to conserve power while not in use.

It's been working perfectly so far, doesn't overheat like my old one used to and I'm actually able to access several different files at once. I have yet to change the file sources on Media Monkey to recognize the drive but so far it has been functionally effective as a backup.

Portability isn't a big issue for me either, as EHDs eat up far too much battery power to be efficient enough for use outside of a power strip.

Sidewinder...you always post the best food in here. I love you and hate you.

Last items I bought were:

Cabernet Sauvignon to be precise

and the ingredients to make this:

Italian Stew...yum.
