Hopefully your WD works better than my TB one. I've had it for about a year now and it's starting to die on me :/

It was my entertainment center. On it I had about 200 GB of music, a whole lot of movies and TV shows, a couple comic series', some anime. It's a terabyte drive so I still have about 389 gb left over, but it's having a hard time sometimes so I bought a 500 gb hard drive the other week and moved over the music.

Fantastic band.. so I naturally had to get their t-shirt.

Great stuff! I really want an Alcest Souvenirs t shirt which is black with the white logo on the front and "Souvenirs..." on the back, but this one is great too.

I love Pulp Fiction. And Milka! I hadn't even heard of it until a few months ago, probably because it isnt well stocked here. But now ASDA stock it, which is great. I had the Dime one though, which was nice but well...it just tastes like a Dime bar. I'll have to get a different one next time.

Mate, Asda were selling MASSIVE bars of Milka for 49p not so long ago. Even the ones with the Daim bar in them and the happy cow ones <33 pretty certain Tesco and also Sainsburys sell them too.

I last bought:

a black Pixies shirt with a big blue P on the front.
a black Pixies iPhone cover.
a Sonic Youth DVD.
a takeaway.

New drum heads. After having the crappy stock heads on for a year and a half and having broken one last month, it was clearly time. :D

My next book club read, and a venti passion iced tea. Great combo.

I've never had iced tea. It seems weird.

Never?!

It's a staple here. Especially in the south. You must try it.

BombTheMusicIndustry 09-04-2010 09:17 PM

Yesterday, I got Gumby: The Movie. I haven't watched it though, but I'm really excited=D

A cup of tea here:

http://www.rsc.org/images/tea-milk-300_tcm18-74570.jpg

Hot water, 3 sugars and milk.

ICED tea just seems weird to me. :( it's an American thing. I'm apprehensive over what it will taste like.

NSW 09-04-2010 09:23 PM

Ummm...just like hot tea...but cold...

:p:

For the record, I loves me some hot tea too. With 1 sugar and milk though. 3 sugars? That's crazy talk.

TheCunningStunt 09-04-2010 09:25 PM

See, to me that's very much so a conflicting idea. Tea is meant to be hot, I can't imagine it cold. I'm gonna ask around my friends and see who has tried iced tea.

I love my tea sweet. Do you like lots of milk? Or just a bit?

Black teas needs lots of milk. Herbal teas little to none.

BTW...don't put milk in your iced tea. That would be weird.

debaserr 09-04-2010 09:30 PM

i drink my iced tea plain. it's yummy. if you want to try it and have an ice maker do this:

boil a pot of water

put a few teabags in there once it's hot enough and brew it a bit darker than usual.

fill a pitcher up with ice cubes.

pour hot tea into it.

TheCunningStunt 09-04-2010 09:30 PM

Haha, I figured. :p:

I really fancy a cup of tea now, I blame you. I'm too lazy to go and make one though :(

NSW 09-04-2010 09:38 PM

Ha...get your ass up and go make some tea, ya lazy bastard!

And then put some ice in it. :D

TheCunningStunt 09-04-2010 09:41 PM

I asked my friend if she'd had iced tea, she said yeah and recommended it to me. She said "it's literally cold tea packed with sugar, you'd like it."

I have no idea how to make it properly though, I might buy it from Starbucks next time I visit.

I went and got a Pepsi instead, I can't be arsed waiting for the kettle to boil.

This is the mark of an intelligent chap.

Sorry to disappoint Dr...

But, Coke > Pepsi.

Though I like both pretty much the same, but Coke just edges it I think.
