Yup, built in 1920. Front left was originally an open porch, now a sunroom/mudroom. Going to eventually build a small open deck in front of that, just to fit a couple of chairs.

I love craftsmen, unfortunately in Cali they're are all redone and out of my range. Good looking house with lots of potential indeed. Awesome.

Yeah many are out of my price range here too, trust me. This one doesn't need too much, but just enough that we'll give it our own personal touch. Good starter house.

Columbia City. We are renting a house in the Ballard/Phinney area now and would have loved to stay there, but we're not rich enough to buy there.

Well, finally got a Martin. A small, mini version of a Martin (made in Mexico to boot), but a Martin none the less.

Actually like the sound of these 3/4 guitars. Was between this and the Baby Taylor, but I find the screws on the Baby Taylor to be tacky. Plus, I find the sound on the Martin to be a tad better anyway.

So for a travel guitar, it will do it's job. Just got it to replace the Cort Earth Mini I had before, I would up selling it. This is a much more worthy travel guitar than that one anyway. Just need to put a pick guard on this and it will be perfect.

Picked these up today too. Tickets to Supersuckers, what more is there to say.

(Oh, and I love the Care & Feeding guide for the guitar. Never had to feed a guitar before.)

I'm kicking myself for not getting my banjo down in Mexico, my cousin down there says they're super cheap. C'est la vie.

Be happy with your guitar regardless of where it was made. My Mexican Fender Telecaster is one of the finest guitars I've ever played.

Oh, I am more than happy with it. For a 3/4 sized, it plays beautifully. A drastic improvement over the Cort, which would sound dead in a short time. Sounded decent with new strings, but once they dulled, so did the tone of the Cort.

Like the Cort, it has a solid Spruce top, which I like.

The other day I bought the Matrix on DVD. I only have watched half of it because it keeps playing up on my computer. I'm pretty sure I can't take it back.
