you get bad shin splits as well?
the ideal conditions to run on is grass or on a track because of the material they use for the track. When I go jogging it's usually on sidewalks as well but I try to make sure that land on my heel instead of on that front part from your toes to the middle of your foot.

Bought a new Schwinn last night. The other was a six speed and cheap, i paid 169.00 for it. The chain relayer? broke and they wanted to charge me 75 bucks to repair a 170.00 dollar bike. Stuff it up your ass Target. |
