I honestly had to check back and for a few times before I was convinced it wasn't photoshopped. Very nice change. I recently shaved my head after having years of my hair a good couple inches past my ears. Quite a change.

That looks good, just like the picture. I would leave it like that. No need for spikes, that is cool just like that. The hair on your face could stay there or you could shave it off, if you want girls why don't you alternate back and forth from shaving it and leaving it? Girls like that.
