The mindless distractions thread

Well, while we're on the topic of old video games and such, I'm thinking of buying this "Retro Duo System" at a local shop, but I've got some bad reviews about it being faulty after a while, has anyone got one of these? I reeeally want to play my SNES games without having an annoyingly large green bar scroll down my screen every damn second. Thanks! Oh, and ehh, so I'm also kinda on topic, my own mindless distraction would be skating, cause it kinda helps me get away for a while. Only one thing to focus on and all that. Anyone who skates as well might know what I'm getting at.
