If the above picture is what you meant by this then i absolutely agree with you.
At first though I was thinking you meant something else. And while im on that I see LOTS of girls wearing short skirts with leggings underneath. Some girls may be able to pull that off and its not necessarily that bad but there doesnt seem to be any shoes you can wear with that outfit that doesnt make you look like a moron. Heels are the worst.
