Oh dear...is "Sun-in" something that was only sold in the 80's? Damnation, I have dated myself!! My goodness, your hair coloring sounds like an awful experience! Do you mean that the bleach actually burned your scalp?! My motto is: "No pain, no pain." I sorrow for your scalp with its scalp burns! Ouch! v (Commenting on your comment below): Yikes!

I mean, just because some women can grow beards or moustaches dosen't mean they should. Quote:

Because it's a bit more challenging to distinguish the sexes in a cartoon and since children aren't as good at noticing feminine/masculine features as adults it helps for animators to give them more obvious gender clues. And since giving characters massive boobs isn't PC for some people, eyelashes and pretty dresses is the easiest way to go about it. I mean, without the bow, dress and eyelashes Mickey and Minnie would look exactly the same. But Minnie needed something to make her distinguishable as female after all. I mean imagine if Walt did give her boobs, all of his friends would have accused him of being a furry. Quote:

I have never seen anyone do that. Anyway. You asked the right person babeh, thankfully my fetish has given me quite a bit of insight on this topic. Sometimes stuble pops up in about a week, maybe faster, it really depends on the person. A lot of people like to do it daily. Some important tips. 1. If you want to do a smooth razor shave, then of course you need to use an electric razor to get stubble down to a reasonable level and to make smooth shaving easier. 2. Get your scalp wet, this helps prevent razor bumps, a good lubricant like shaving cream or shaving oil also helps. 3. If you haven't done it before you might need a friend to do it for you, because the back of your head is gonna be especially tricky. 4. It's best to start with the easy stuff first, the thickest and most stubborn hair to get out is on the back of the head and neck, so do that last. 5. Most importantly, go with the grain. 6. Aftershave isn't really necessary after a headshave, just washing your scalp will do, though if you do feel a little irritation some (alcohol free) aftershave or skin care lotion will help. 7. But DO NOT use anything with alcohol in it, the skin on your scalp is very sensitive and alcohol will just make it dry and irritated. Otherwise, unless you have really curly or thick/oily hair you shouldn't have to worry about razor bumps too much, depending on your skillz, the scalp being a perfectly round and solid serface makes it much easier to shave than other parts of the body. I've seen some women who are so skilled at it that they can do it without a mirror, and leaving nothing behind. Last edited by boo boo; 12-05-2009 at 02:42 AM. |

Anyway, I think this thread is ****. All I read when reading through the few pages I have read, is people getting angry at other people for finding certain things attractive that they do not find attractive. Pretty ridiculous, being attractive is an important part of the mating ritual, which is what we genetically live for, quite literally. Saying that one trying to be attractive is an act of stupidity, is the same as saying that one who eats when they are hungry is stupid. Just because they find some certain style or look attractive, that you do not, does not alter their primary goal. We all live for the same thing, why does it even matter?

Surely you could have expressed your opinion without getting all explosive and everything, we already have a guy named Wayfarer to do that kinda stuff.
I do agree that it is rather shallow to mock people for their fashion sense, and if other people find it attractive, that's cool. In fact I've disagreed with a lot of things mentioned so far but I'm not bitching about it either. However, this isn't a forum people go to to be politically correct. I mean, isn't it also shallow to mock people for what kinda music they listen to? Everyone here does it anyway. This is quite a cynical forum, if you don't like it, there's many other forums to go to. Last edited by boo boo; 12-04-2009 at 02:30 AM. |

My apologies, I am a bit intoxicated and when I express my opinions under the influence, I tend to be more aggressive, without even realizing it.
And also, I do not think that it is fair to compare fashion taste with musical taste. One is a direct product of our sexuality, and one comes from our appreciation of art. One is hormone driven, and one is intellectually driven. People subscribe for fashion sense due to peer pressure and wanting to fit in, similarly to the way many subscribe to musical taste, but the true motivation behind each is different.

Sorry, I meant to say safety razor. OOOPS. Though a straight razor could work just as well (actually better if you want a REALLY close shave) as long as it's being done by someone who is skillful with it, though unless you can find a buddhist monk or something I would stick with a safety razor. The Japanese and Chinese seem to really prefer straight razors though, I've yet to see a Japanese or Chinese girl shave without one. Last edited by boo boo; 12-04-2009 at 07:00 AM. |
