When you're home, go here: Free Proxy Lists - IP and Port Lists - Hide My Ass! - Find the server locations nearest you - Copy the IP and port of as many as possible - Bring the list to work and set up your web browser's proxy settings with one of the IP's and port number. Try it it. If web pages don't resolve, try another one. Keep repeating until one works. It will probably work for a couple days and you'll need to find a new one. Or you could try web-proxies, which are a lot easier in that they allow you to go to their web page and surf anonymously through it without any setup, but they usually get blocked quicker because they're around longer... For a list, go here: Free Web Proxies If the IT guys set up their Websense server well, you won't be able to do any of this at all. So hopefully they just simply specified certain URL's to be blocked, and you won't have much issue. |
