Update: it's on my phone too. I have no idea what the **** is going on here. I almost never use my phone for the internet and about never for MB, yet as soon as I tap the site there is the ****ing "privacy notice". Any ideas of websites I could check to see where this is coming from? I'll run scans later when my processes are finished and then reboot, but right now I can't do very much. It's a bit, as the man says, ****ing weird.

Okay then it must be tracking my IP, because as soon as I turned on VPN, POP! away it went. I then checked another MB tab, also clear. I then switched off the VPN, and now it's not there. I've reloaded the page in case it's in cache but no. So I think I've defeated it, but where the hell it came from I don't know. How I get it off my phone (not that I care, since as I say I don't use my phone for MB) i have no idea. Bloody thing. Let you know if it comes back.

That might be a regional ISP thing. Have not seen that one.

Here's an interesting fact. Edge told me that my password for here is on a discovered list of hacked information or something, and suggested I change it. Needless to say, I ignored Microsoft, who are probably trying to manipulate me into something, but it is strange. I've had the same password for this site for the now fourteen years I've been here.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

Same password for fourteen years? I'd say you've been hacked. And if you have Hotmail (now outlook) you definitely have been hacked. Anyone who had Hotmail a decade ago (me included) got hacked and I eventually started to get threatening messages trying to extort me by way of bitcoin.

I don't think they care about this site so much, but I would recommend changing your critical passwords (bank account, e-mail servers, etc.) at least every year or two.

I've had a hotmail account since 2002, but I haven't checked it in over a decade. It's still linked to a few accounts with no issues.

I mean, really, who the **** cares if they hack into my account here? What are they going to do? Start posting YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HACKED THIS IS THE CRIMINAL FRATERNITY RANSOM YOUR COMPUTER BACK NOW FOR 200,000 oh wait it's Trollheart... you have no money, we know that from hacking your bank account. okay then, how about three fiddy?

How do I link a youtube video in my comment, so that it actually pops up and is not just a hyper link?
